Bellbrae Farm MTB Park Social RideFeb 25, 4:00pmBellbrae, Victoria, AustraliaSocial ride at the Bellbrae Farm MTB Park 4 - 6pm. We've had to undertake some significant trail works after the damp conditions early summer gave the weeds a much unwanted boost. It's now good to go again!

*MUST BE COMPETENT AT JUMPING*

Most of the jumps are black rated. Full face helmets, elbow & knee pads recommended but not mandatory.

No need to RSVP. If you're not familiar with the park, check out our socials and @farmmtbpark on Instagram for action shots & videos. If unsure how to access, contact Brett M 0438 434 260.

It’s with great sadness that we acknowledge the passing of one of the surf coast’s great characters & bike mechanic legend Griffyn Branagh.

Griff has been a huge part of the local cycling community over many years. His mechanical skills kept many of us on the trails and the road. He was a unique character and so many of us will have lasting memories of conversations that played out as he tinkered with our bikes on the spot. His skills on a unicycle were incredible be it locally, on the You Yangs downhill trails and even competing in the Otway Odyssey events where he often doubled as the event’s mechanic. At one stage he was the proud owner of a penny-farthing that he eventually parted with when it added to his impressive list of bicycle related injuries!

Our deepest sympathies to family and friends. There will be a service to celebrate Griff’s life & accomplishments at 10am Tues Feb 20 at Tuckers Funeral Home (4-32 Province Blvd, Highton). It’s an open invitation & can accommodate a large crowd fitting to celebrate his larger than life character.

RIP Griff & thanks for everything you contributed to our cycling world 🙏

Devastating news. I have heard many stories from parents about how he helped their kids to learn about bike mechanics and fix their bikes to get them back out riding. He will be missed by many in this bike community. Condolences to his family 🔧 🚵‍♀️ 🔧 🚵‍♂️

I first meet Griff it the Otway Odyssey in 2016. He was obsessed with his unicycles and bailed me up for ages telling me all about them……then he went onto show me and explain his Yo-Yo collection😂😂. Will be sadly missed.

Very sad to hear this news. Appreciated the time he took to always squeeze us in to fix my son’s bike. Also showing him the basic bike maintenance. Condolences to his family x

Condolences to his family & friends 💐

Rest in peace mate! You were a legend on the unicycle🍺👍👍

Absolutely heartbreaking to hear this news . I’m so deeply saddened. I first met Griff 20 yrs ago. Such a great guy . Always happy to help . He will be so missed by so many . Fly high Griff

Oh very sad. Griffyn looked after our bikes when we lived in 3228.

Ohh nooo This is a real shock! Been mates with griff for years. My bikes and I loved him. I’ll miss you mate 😢

Miss you mate 💕💕💕

Really sad news, condolences to the family.

Sad news. Will miss your banter Griff.

The sad 💔 news knocked the wind out of me 😢 Such a big personality with a heart of Gold 💛 He was a very talented guy such a beautiful artist like his mother. He will be sorely missed 🕊

So sad to hear, Griff was a good friend to my son when he took an interest in unicycles and they took off on rides through eumeralla.

Rest in peace mate ❤️ Condolences to the family 🥲

Such devastating news. I met Griffyn through Natasha Mitchell and Wheel Women 7 years ago. He had a heart of gold and always looked after my bike. Rest in Peace Griffyn. Deepest condolences to Natasha. 💔😢

You'll be missed Griff, my forks won't be the same without you.

Our deepest condolences to Natasha and friends and family. Griff was larger than life, with such a big heart. He lived on Shorebreak for a while and knew us all. Always a shout out as we passed him in the garage. He was so proud of his lathe! He loved to help others. Gosh we will miss you, your stories and your potty mouth! Karen and Drew

Rest in peace my big cousin 🕊️☘️🍃
